Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Custom orders will require additional time.

Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

• Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are fixed based on your location and selected shipping method. Tariff fees are calculated into shipping costs when delivered to the US. Any extra shipping costs upon delivery to locations outside of Canada will need to be covered by the purchaser. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number (only on express shipped items in Canada but it will be on every item shipped elsewhere) via email so you can follow your package's journey.
